The Calvin Ryder Stairway
- Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Please advise us of your arrival time.
- We do not require a deposit to secure reservations; we do require a credit card number with name, billing address, and expiration date. The amount due will be charged at check-in.
- Notice of cancellation given to our e-mail address (whitehouse@mainebb.com) fourteen (14) days or more before your scheduled arrival date results in only a $25 processing fee per room.
- If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, the full cost of the reservation shall be charged if we are unable to rebook the accommodations. In the event we are able to rebook, only the $25 processing fee will be charged.
- Cancellations occurring within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival, no–shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- We accept American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover as well as cash and traveler’s checks.
- Smoking is only permitted outside in a designated area; prohibited inside smoking will incur a cleaning fee of $250.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- We regret that we cannot accommodate pets.
